Terms and Conditions for Driver Hiring in Delhi NCR
- Free Trial and Interview
- Upon receiving your booking request, we will provide three professionally trained and verified drivers for a trial and interview at no additional cost.
- Driver Selection
- Once you select a driver from the provided options, the driver will be available to join on the date of your preference.
- Consultancy Charges
- After the selected driver joins, a one-time consultancy charge equivalent to 25% of the driver’s first-month salary will be applicable. This fee is non-refundable.
- Agreement Terms
- Upon payment of the consultancy charges, we will sign a formal agreement for a period of six months.
- Driver Verification
- All drivers provided by us are professionally trained and undergo strict background verification for your safety and convenience.
- Replacement Policy
- In case of dissatisfaction or any issue with the driver during the agreement period, a replacement driver can be arranged subject to availability and the terms of the agreement.
- Payment Terms
- All payments must be completed within the stipulated timeline as agreed during the driver selection process.
- Termination of Agreement
- If you wish to terminate the agreement before the completion of six months, the terms for termination will be as per the conditions mentioned in the agreement.
- Limitations of Liability
- While we ensure thorough verification and training, we are not liable for any unforeseen incidents caused by the driver after joining.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Delhi NCR, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
