Hire Monthly Driver – Delhi-NCR & Outstation Driver Hiring
1. What services do you provide?
We offer professional driver services on a monthly, daily, and hourly basis for private cars and commercial buses across Delhi-NCR and outstation routes. We cater to both individual and corporate clients.
2. How does the driver hiring process work?
Once we receive your request, we line up verified drivers for a free trial/interview within 3 working days. You can assess and select the driver based on your needs. Once finalized, the driver is appointed for joining.
3. Is the driver trial chargeable?
No, the first up to 4 driver trials/interviews are completely free of cost. You only pay once you select a driver and we raise the invoice for the consultancy fee.
4. What happens after I finalize a driver?
We share complete documentation including:
- Driver’s ID proof
- Driving license
- Verified background check
- PCC (Police Clearance Certificate)
Then, the driver joins on the agreed date, and you can monitor performance for 7 days before consultancy charges become due.
5. What is your consultancy fee and when is it charged?
We charge 25% of the driver’s first-month salary as a one-time consultancy fee, payable by the client after 7 days of successful joining. This is not deducted from the driver’s salary.
6. Do you provide a replacement guarantee?
Yes. After payment, we sign a 6-month replacement agreement. You are eligible for up to 3 free replacements during this period. Beyond that, a new consultancy fee will apply.
7. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
- Cancellation is only allowed before the driver is finalized and invoice is raised.
- After the invoice is raised, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.
- Replacements (not refunds) will be provided as per our Hiring Policy.
8. What if the client keeps rejecting the drivers even after joining?
We allow flexibility during the trial period. However, if a client repeatedly rejects drivers post-joining, we reserve the right to discontinue services, and no refund will be applicable in such cases.
9. What happens if a driver causes damage or is involved in an accident?
Hire Monthly Driver is not legally responsible for any damage, theft, or accident caused by the driver post-joining. However, we will fully cooperate with the client and authorities in any required investigation.
10. Are the drivers background-verified?
Yes, all our drivers go through:
- ID & address verification
- Driving license validation
- Police verification (PCC)
- Experience check
We provide the verified documents to clients after driver joining.
11. Can I hire drivers for outstation or tour purposes?
Yes, we provide drivers for outstation trips, tours, and long-distance travel. You can book them hourly, daily, or monthly, depending on your travel plan.
12. What cities do you serve?
Currently, we provide services across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and nearby NCR areas. Outstation service availability may vary based on driver readiness.
13. Can I contact the driver directly?
Yes. After shortlisting or selection, we will share the driver’s contact number so you can communicate directly for coordination or interviews.
14. Do you provide drivers for buses or commercial vehicles?
Yes, we offer experienced and commercial license-holding drivers for buses, school vans, and travel vehicles, subject to requirement and availability.
15. Is GST applicable on the consultancy fee?
If applicable, GST will be added to the consultancy invoice. A proper tax invoice will be provided.
16. Can I hire a temporary or part-time driver?
Yes, we provide drivers for short-term (part-time, hourly, or daily) requirements as well. Charges will be shared based on your duration and location.
17. How can I make the payment?
We accept payments via:
- UPI

- Online payment gateway
Payment details are shared at the time of invoicing.
