Driver Booking Process

After you submit a booking request, we provide dedicated and experienced drivers from nearby areas to operate Manual/Automatic vehicles, including Hatchback, Sedan, and SUV types.

The driver’s salary is determined by their skillset, experience, working days, and hours of usage.

We carefully shortlist candidates based on your preferences and arrange for a trial period to ensure satisfaction.

6 Month's Replacement Period

Replace your driver up to three times within 6 months of hiring.

Replacement in 2-3 Days

If a replacement is needed, we provide a new driver within 48-72 hours.

Terms of Service

Service Charges

A non-refundable service fee of 50% of Salary is charged for scouting drivers as per your requirements.

Payment must be completed within 3 days of starting the services.

Replacement Policy

You are entitled to replace the driver thrice within the 6-months period.

If a driver leaves due to better opportunities or personal reasons, a replacement will be provided within 48-72 hours.

Verification Documents

We will provide the driver’s Court Record, License, and Aadhar verification report for your reference.

Liability for Damages and Violations

If the driver causes damage to your vehicle, violates traffic laws, or engages in unlawful activities against the Indian constitution, you must report the incident to hiremonthlydriver@gmail.com immediately in writing.

Charges up to ₹2,000 will be recovered from the driver’s payout for reported damages or violations.

Note: We are not responsible for delayed challans or incidents reported late by customers.
