At Hire Monthly Driver, we strive to provide a smooth, transparent, and professional process for hiring skilled and verified drivers in Delhi-NCR and outstation routes. Our hiring policy outlines the step-by-step procedure, client responsibilities, terms of consultancy fees, and our service commitment.


1. Request and Driver Shortlisting

  • When a client contacts us with a driver requirement (monthly, daily, or hourly), our team records the details and preferences.
  • Based on the requirement, we shortlist suitable drivers and schedule them for a trial/interview within 3 working days.
  • The trial and interview are completely free of cost and non-obligatory.

2. Driver Selection and Appointment

  • After the trial/interview, if the client is satisfied, the driver is officially appointed for joining.
  • The date of joining is mutually decided between the driver and the client.
  • After the driver joins duty, the agency will provide:
    • Driver ID proof
    • Driving license copy
    • Background verification details
    • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) or equivalent document for safety assurance.

3. Consultancy Fee

  • The first 7 days post driver joining will be considered a review period.
  • If the client continues with the driver beyond 7 days, it will be treated as a successful hiring.
  • A consultancy fee of 25% of the driver’s monthly salary will then be charged to the client.
    • This fee is paid by the client only and is not deductible from the driver’s salary.
    • The fee must be paid within 3 days of the 7-day review completion.

4. Agreement and Replacement Guarantee

  • Once the consultancy fee is paid, we sign a Mutual Driver Replacement Agreement valid for 6 months from the date of driver joining.
  • Under this agreement:
    • The client is entitled to a maximum of 3 free driver replacements during the 6-month contract.
    • Any further replacement beyond the third instance will incur a fresh consultancy fee.

5. Repeated Rejection Policy

  • If the client repeatedly rejects assigned or joined drivers without valid reasons, we reserve the right to discontinue services.
  • In such cases, no refund or free replacement will be applicable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • After the driver has joined, Hire Monthly Driver is not responsible for:
    • Any accidents, damages, or financial loss caused by the driver.
    • Any theft or misconduct during or after duty hours.
  • However, we will support the client with relevant documents and coordinate for any internal inquiry or police investigation if needed.

7. Additional Notes

  • Driver’s attendance, performance, and behavior must be monitored by the client after joining.
  • In case of serious misconduct or emergency, clients must report the issue to us within 24 hours.
  • All communication, including payments and feedback, must be through official channels.
