At Hire Monthly Driver, we aim to offer a reliable, transparent, and client-friendly experience for hiring verified and trained drivers on a daily, hourly, or monthly basis. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are handled and refunds (if any) are applicable.


1. Trial and Rejection Policy

  • Once a client submits a driver request, we line up suitable drivers for free trial/interview within 3 working days.
  • Clients are allowed to reject and request up to 4 different driver trials in total without any charges.
  • Beyond the 4th trial, we reserve the right to discontinue trial services or request commitment for hiring.

2. Selection and Invoice Generation

  • Once the client selects a driver and confirms hiring, we raise an invoice for the consultancy charges.
  • After the invoice is issued, the client is considered committed to the service, and no cancellation will be entertained from this point onward.
  • The full consultancy fee becomes payable and is non-refundable, even if the client later decides not to continue with the selected driver.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before driver selection: Clients may cancel the service request without any charges, provided no invoice has been raised.
  • After driver selection: Once an invoice is raised, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
  • No part of the consultancy fee is refundable once the hiring has been confirmed and the invoice is issued.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the client faces any issues with the selected driver after joining, we will offer driver replacement as per our Hiring Policy.
  • No refund of consultancy charges is applicable in case of driver replacement.
  • We offer up to 3 free replacements within a 6-month period, post which replacement will be chargeable.

5. Exceptional Situations

  • If the driver fails to join after final confirmation, we will provide a replacement at no extra charge.
  • No refunds are provided for client-side cancellations, change of mind, or dissatisfaction not based on driver misconduct or unavailability.
